The Cost of, and Demand for Housing in the Region

The market for housing in Pima County has changed dramatically in the past five years. First we observe a dramatic departure from the continually rising cost of housing, then we observe, beginning in 2011, a rapid decline in the length of time that houses remain on the market. Both of these are good signs for the availability of housing in our region.
