SoA Professor Nader Chalfoun will be a speaker/instructor at the UA Cooperative Extension Arizona Energy Masters course on October 30. The Energy Masters Program provides an overview of energy in Arizona while teaching Pima County and Tucson area residents about efficiency and how to conduct energy audits in their homes and community through a series of seven classes. Once completed, participants can volunteer to support the University of Arizona Cooperative Extension by providing researched-based information on energy efficiency and conducting energy audits in their communities. The course is open to anyone with an interest in understanding how energy choices and design make our communities more economically and environmentally sustainable.
