Sierrane Gatela, Sustainable Built Environments junior, is working this summer as part of the Doris Duke Conservation Scholars Program. In June all of the Doris Duke scholars from all five participating universities gathered for Conservation Training Week at the US Fish and Wildlife Headquarters in West Virginia. Sierrane has since returned to Arizona and as part of the program worked on creating an educational video on the native fish species of the Navajo Nation's Whisky Creek.
