Assistant Professor Susannah Dickinson has been accepted to the Santa Fe Institute's 2015 Complex Systems Winter School, which will be held this December in Mohali, India. The Santa Fe Institute
is a private, not-for-profit, independent research and education center, where leading scientists grapple with some of the most compelling and complex problems of our time. The winter school is for participants who seek a background and hands-on experience to help them prepare to conduct interdisciplinary research in areas related to complex systems. There were over 200 applicants with a 12% acceptance rate. She was selected "based on her academic credentials, eclectic research agenda, and evidence of transdisciplinary interests". Selected participants come from all over the world and represent a wide range of disciplines.
