Earlier this spring  the Holocaust History Center and Jewish History Museum re-opened after an extensive renovation and the addition of two new permanent exhibitions. Exhibits include a current exhibit on the Global Migrant Crisis, local Holocaust survivor testimony, and local Tucson Jewish history.
A number of university faculty were involved with the project including two CAPLA faculty: Adjunct Lecturer Ben Lepley (Architecture) and Lecturer Paul Reimer (Architecture) each lead the two new exhibition design/build projects and former Adjunct Lecturer Rob Bass (Architecture) and Thomas Saylor-Brown of SBBL lead the overall historic campus renovation.
The project was featured on NPR Radio. The Center is located on South Stone in Tucson.
