Beginning as an Architectural Engineering program in 1915-16, the College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture was one of the first design and planning programs in the state of Arizona. Today, the College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture has transformed from a program with a few dozen students to a national leader in sustainable design and planning for extreme climates.
The College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture is home to 11 unique, academic programs that house extraordinary scholars from across the globe. Our faculty and students go beyond classrooms and studios, revitalizing our communities and addressing complex local, regional, and global issues.
