Sean Kramer-Lazar is the Student Academic Specialist for the Bachelor of Sustainable Built Environments in CAPLA. He recently moved to Arizona to work at the University of Arizona in the Office of International Admissions. In addition to advising students, Sean will also be supervising the new Ambassador program for CAPLA. Prior to moving to Tucson, he obtained his Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology from Illinois State University. Calling the Midwest home his entire life, Sean worked at various institutions including Saint Louis University and the University of Illinois, Springfield.

Sean is excited to continue to explore Tucson and Arizona. He enjoys hiking, cycling, swimming, and the fact that he does not have to deal with snow during the winters. He is a foodie and enjoys discovering new cuisines and food from the surrounding area. He also enjoys the calmer things in life like going to the movies, playing board games and video games.

Sean is thrilled to become part of the advising team in CAPLA. To schedule an advising appointment, please visit https://sbs.arizona.edu/advising/student/
