Trey Davis is the Director of Events Marketing for the Urban Land Institute in Washington, D.C. In this role, he manages all aspects of marketing for ULI's global events, which generate more than $15 million in revenue annually. Prior to joining ULI, he was an urban planner in James City County, Virginia, where he regularly handled cases before the Board of Supervisors. Trey earned his MBA from Georgetown and his BA in Public Policy from Duke University. Currently, Trey serves on the board of the Virginia Museum of Transportation and as Vice Chair of the Forward 611 committee. Since 2014, he has been actively involved in the restoration and operation of the iconic streamlined steam locomotive, Norfolk and Western Class J 611. He is also involved with the Association of Tourist Railways and Railroad Museums (ATRRM), serving on both the marketing and advocacy subcommittees.
