Planning Faculty Kristi Currans Invited to Join Transportation Research Board Committee

Planning faculty Kristi Currans, PhD, was invited to become a member of the Standing Committee on Transportation and Land Development for the Transportation Research Board (TRB) of the National Academies. She was also invited to be the Paper Review Chair for that committee. Annually, the committee receives 50-60 papers for review for the TRB Annual Meeting, of which they accept approximately 8 for publication and 15 for presentation. It’s an opportunity to participate in continuing to improve the publishing and development of high quality and innovative research through the Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board of the National Academies.
