Master of Real Estate Development Receives CCIM Recognition
The College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture is proud to announce that its Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program has recently been accepted into the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute as one of its University Outreach program participants.
The CCIM’s University Outreach program creates several advantages for graduate students. Primarily, it is designed to expedite how students earn CCIM designation after graduation. The University Outreach program also provides students access to annual scholarships through the CCIM Foundation and offers access to industry research.
CCIM designation is commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement and places designees among the most distinguished professionals in the industry. Candidates seeking to acquire their CCIM designation must complete various educational requirements, pay annual dues, and pass comprehensive examinations.
