In the Fall 2017 semester, 16 architecture students and lecturer Darci Hazelbaker took the opportunity to study abroad in Italy as a part of the Arizona in Orvieto program. The group was part of a partnership with the Italian town of Lagnano, where the students were part of the design, creation, and installation of an exhibit for Lagnano in Teverna.

The University of Arizona Foundation wrote about the students' experience as a part of their Annual Endowment Report. Please find the excerpt-- from the report below.
