Prospective students interested in the programs offered at the College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture (CAPLA) should visit and take a tour of our facilities.

Prospective undergraduate students who are also interested in learning more about the University of Arizona campus should sign up for an Arizona Campus Tour followed by a tour of our facilities. They are offered together every Friday. Visitors learn about our accredited Bachelor of Architecture and the interdisciplinary Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Built Environments degrees as well as take a tour of our world-class Materials Lab and the Underwood Sonoran Landscape Laboratory, a sustainable desert garden lab.

UA + CAPLA Tour Registration

Prospective undergraduate students who are already familiar with the university campus are welcome to join the weekly tour every Friday at 12:30 pm.  No advance notice is required. Tours meet in the Student and Alumni Center lobby (CAPLA 101, in the Sundt Gallery).

Prospective graduate students are welcome to take a tour of our one-of-a-kind learning environment, spacious studios, computer labs, and award-winning facilities whenever they are able to visit the Tucson area. You will meet with Emilio Romero, CAPLA's graduate services coordinator, for a customized experience based on your intended program(s) of study. Although we will work to accommodate all prospective students interested in touring the facilities, we do ask for two weeks' notice in order to plan appropriately for your visit.
