CAPLA faculty and staff, please join us for an all-college presentation by Richärd Kennedy Architects, who will present the renovation plan and schematic designs for the renovation of the 2nd and 3rd floors of the CAPLA West Building, along with a vision for the future South Building.
Contingent on pricing and funding, the renovated West Building will include increased capacity and quality for studios, more faculty offices (private, shared and hotel), a reconfigured computer lab using a smaller footprint with more workstations, a smaller but better quality Dinsmore classroom and a compilation of Heliodon, photo studio, VR function and small research space (including House Energy Doctor equipment).
Anticipated construction will begin in mid-May and last through December 2020.
