Greg Markling

Gregory Markling, FCSI, Lifetime Member, Distinguished Member, CDT, CCS, CCCA, NCARB, LEED AP, is a senior building information management consultant with iBIMsolutions, LLC, in Tucson, Arizona.  Greg has more than 38 years of experience as a practicing architect, specifications consultant, and construction contract administrator.  He has worked on the design and development of a variety of project types, ranging from public and private education facilities, commercial offices, light industrial, aviation and long-term care facilities, and elderly care residential communities.  A 33-year member of CSI, Greg is the current president of the CSI Tucson Chapter, past president of the CSI Denver Chapter, a former member of the Institute Board of Directors, former chair of the Institute Certification and Education committees, and is a former Institute president.  Greg is a Fellow of CSI, a Certified Construction Specifier and Certified Construction Contract Administrator.  He is also a LEED Accredited Professional.  Greg has been a regular seminar presenter on a variety of specifications, construction and sustainabilty topics for many years.
