Karl Scholz

Following completion of his Master of Science in Planning, Karl moved to the UK to join his then girlfriend.  He worked for runnymede Borough Council as a Development Management Officer.  During this time Karl completed a post graduate diploma in Town and Country Planning at the University of Reading and gained membership to the Royal Town Planning Institute.  Thereafter he worked at Cardiff Council in a design role, and later joined Alder King Property Consultants as a private planning consultant.  Karl recently joined up with a former colleague at Pearce Planning in Bristol.
