Michael D'Andrea

Michael has been in the real estate development industry for over twenty years.  Educated as an architect, Michael has gained an extensive background in land acquisition, equity and debt financing, zoning and entitlements, development, architectural design, construction management and asset disposition.  This experience combined with his attention to superior client service has allowed him to maintain productive and effective relationships with brokers, lenders, equity partners, consultants, contractors, and residents, resulting in several marquee projects that have earned both national and internationally recognized awards.  Prior to joining The Related Group, he represented multiple world-class organizations including Alliance Residential Company, Westgate Resorts, Optima Inc. and Hill International.
