Biography

Sasha Wilson AIA, LEED is a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Architecture (Bachelor of Architecture 1984). She became a licensed architect in Arizona (#27518) and remained in Tucson to practice architecture with various firms until Fall of 2009, when she returned to the Master of Science in Design and Energy Conservation graduate program here at CAPLA. When the position of Undergraduate Academic Advisor opened, she knew it was a perfect fit for her 35 years of associaton with CAPLA and the architectural profession.

In addition to her advising of over 350 Bachelor of Architecture candidates in the five year program, Sasha is also responsible for the recruitement of the Pre-Architecure Foundation Year class, as well as assisting with job placement in her coordination of the annual Job Interview Fair at CAPLA.

Sasha also serves as Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Architecture for the ARC 195a "Introduction to Architecture" freshman colloquium, held every Fall and Spring semester for Arizona Assurance scholars and other non-majors interested in architecture as a career.
