The curriculum consists of six courses (at least 18 units) and is primarily offered on campus.
Minor in Landscape Architecture
The Minor in Landscape Architecture gives undergraduate students interested in the design of the built environment the chance to engage in a course of study that includes landscape architectural history and design, landscape ecology and planning. The curriculum consists of six courses (19-20 units) and is offered primarily on campus.
Minor in Real Estate Development
The Minor in Real Estate Development prepares undergraduate students to create and sustain value across multiple types of firms within the real estate industry so they will be prepared to work at a variety of real estate firms across an array of sizes and asset classes. The curriculum consists of six courses (18 units) and is offered on campus and online.
Minor in Sustainable Built Environments
The Minor in Sustainable Built Environments is for undergraduate students who want to strengthen their understanding of sustainable design and planning and gain practical skills in creating a more sustainable world. The minor curriculum consists of seven courses (18 units) and is available both on campus and online.
