Professional Project and Career Prep

In their final semester, MRED students work with industry leaders on a substantive professional project that synthesizes real estate development knowledge, skills and values, making them fully prepared to enter the job market.

Additionally, CAPLA’s interactive Job Interview Fair provides another opportunity to network with professionals.


Program Partners

The MRED program is accepted by the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute as one of its University Alliance program participants. The CCIM’s University Alliance program creates several advantages for students. Primarily, it is designed to expedite how students earn CCIM designation after graduation.
