Andres Gabaldon is a human resource professional passionate about teamwork, higher education and customer service. He will assist CAPLA with developing, coordinating and implementing the University of Arizona's human resource strategy to attract, manage and retain employees to achieve its current and future objectives. Andres is a Tucson native working towards his master’s degree in public administration at UArizona.
