Gretchen Luhr comes to CAPLA with a background in social sciences research in academic and applied settings. With a Ph.D. in Urban Studies, she supports all CAPLA graduate students on their academic journey by advising them on various requirements from admissions through graduation. She also helps prospective applicants with their graduate application questions.
