CAPLA Convocation Showcase

This weekend, more than 100 Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Built Environments, Master of Architecture, Master of Science in Architecture, Master of Landscape Architecture, Master of Real Estate Development and Master of Science in Urban Planning students become University of Arizona alumni, and we couldn't be more delighted or honored to have shared our time with these exceptional students.

Please join us in celebrating the Class of 2021 at the CAPLA Convocation Showcase:

caplashowcase.arizona.edu

Here you can meet our outstanding graduates, view their project showcases and leave a congratulatory note on their pages; view student awards; watch as student organizations bid their students farewell; enjoy a gallery of photos submitted by graduating students; and view messages from class representatives, college administration and faculty.

After visiting the CAPLA Convocation Showcase, be sure to watch the combined CAPLA/College of Fine Arts/College of Humanities Graduation Ceremony via livestream at commencement.arizona.edu/stadium. The live ceremony—held at Arizona Stadium but closed to those who are not students, their ticketed guests, faculty, and staff—is Sunday, May 16, 2021. Pre-show begins at 6 p.m. and the ceremony at 7 p.m.

In addition to degree conferrals, the ceremony hosted by UArizona President Robert C. Robbins and Provost Liesl Folks features brief speeches by the college deans and outstanding students, including CAPLA Dean Nancy Pollock-Ellwand and School of Architecture outstanding undergraduate student Hannah McCormick ’21 B.Arch.

Congratulations, Class of 2021!

CAPLA Professor’s SunLink Research to be Published in Harvard Law & Policy Review

A new study co-led by CAPLA’s Arthur C.
