It is now time to focus on our homeless community. Since covid-19, there has been a sea change in cities across the country to make housing for the houseless a priority - and communities usually start with how those developments are regulated
This is a joint project by the Drachman Institute, CAPLA, University of Arizona and the City of Tucson Planning and Development Services Department.

- Guess that homeless shelter!
- If you lived in a shelter, where would you want it to be?
