Dwayne Eshenbaugh
Biography
Dwayne R. Eshenbaugh, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is founder of NOVUS Architecture, an award-winning firm located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The firm provides architecture, interior design, planning, and sustainability services to an esteemed group of like-minded clients. Dwayne received his bachelors degree from UNLV School of Architecture and then his masters degree at CAPLA where he was awarded the Daryl B. Dobras Award for outstanding graduate student. At NOVUS, Dwayne serves as the firms' Principal in Charge and Design Principal where he synthesizes his 25 years of leadership and experience into each unique project. Dwayne has generated a diverse body of work, ranging from small boutique hospitality projects to large scale higher education projects - and everything in between. The common thread of his work is the incessant and disciplined quest for design excellence. Dwayne served as AIA Las Vegas President in 2019 and AIA Nevada President in 2020. Dwaye is a 37-year resident of Las Vegas (originally from Pittsburgh, PA) and is a United States Air Force veteran.
