Biography

A lecturer at the University of Arizona with professional experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate strategy, site selection, and real estate development. Prior to teaching, he led real estate strategy initiatives at Lyft, managed local development projects with Central Barrio Development, and worked as a site location consultant helping restaurants, retailers, fitness centers, and other businesses identify and evaluate new locations. His work has focused on using market research, GIS, demographic analysis, and financial modeling to support real estate decisions. In the classroom, Gabe combines practical industry experience with an interactive, application-based teaching style, helping students connect real-world real estate challenges with the analytical tools and concepts used throughout the industry.
