Ileyn Godoy

Ileyn M. Godoy is the Strategic and Operations Manager at CAPLA and the Dean’s Executive Associate. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of the Dean’s Office, manages the implementation and progress of the CAPLA Strategic Plan, and coordinates the college’s scholarship. Additionally, she acts as the Coordinator for Faculty Affairs, providing support for the Promotion and Tenure process throughout CAPLA.

Ileyn earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Portuguese Translation and Interpretation from the University of Arizona in 2013. She completed her master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Northern Arizona University in 2025.
