CAPLA provides students with opportunities to explore their Revit and Sketchup models both on their phone and on CAPLA's HTC Vive headset using Kubity Pro. Virtual Reality gives students and their instructors a chance to walk through their designs, getting a feel for space and exploring lighting effects throughout the day.
The VR is setup in the Photography lab.
To use the VR, you will need to check out the helmet and controls from the School of Architecture main office. Please have your CatCard ready.
If you want to use the VR system outside of the Photography lab, please contact IT a minimum of one week before you need it so plans can be made.
