Tanya Welch

As Associate Director of Alumni Engagement and Donor Relations for the College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture (CAPLA), she cultivates meaningful connections with alumni, donors and industry partners while supporting the college's advancement and engagement efforts.

Before joining CAPLA, Tanya served in alumni engagement roles within the University of Arizona College of Nursing, where she strengthened relationships with alumni and supporters. She also held positions with the Eller College of Management and the R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy, leading student engagement initiatives that enhanced the student experience and fostered a strong sense of community.
