Amy Webb was named CAPLA's first Recent Alumna of the Year at this year's homecoming reception. Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Built Environments in 2015 and a Master of Landscape Architecture in 2018. Amy is a Landscape Architect at Norris Design based in Tucson and has maintained meaningful ties with the CAPLA Community.

CAPLA honors Scott Pask as the 2019 Alumni of the Year. Scott is a member of the B.Arch Class of 1990, is a Tony-award winning scenic designer and the creative genius behind some of Broadway's most acclaimed productions.

The University of Arizona is part of the National Institute for Transportation and Communities (NITC), one of five National University Transportation Centers funded by the United States Department of Transportation. NITC is a network transportation researchers and educators from Portland State University, University of Utah, University of Oregon, Oregon Institute of Technology, and University of Texas Arlington.

The Trombe Wall House is a three bedroom, 2 bath residence of 1300 square feet in area. It was designed and constructed by School of Architecture faculty (Mary Hardin and David Bullaro) and students in 2013-2014.

Drachman Design-Build Coalition (DDBC) Residence 6 is a three-bedroom, two-bath residence of 1200 square feet in area. It was designed and constructed by School of Architecture faculty Mary Hardin and Bil Taylor and students in 2011-2012.

Drachman Design-Build Coalition Residence 7 (Sentinel House) is a three-bedroom, two-bath dwelling of 1300 sq. ft. It was designed and constructed by School of Architecture faculty and students.

Assistant Professor of Practice Completes Two Religious Projects

In fall 2018, students in Arlie Adkins Transportation Planning Class worked with the City of Tucson and Living Streets Alliance to transform a dangerous car-centric intersection north of Downtown Tucson into a pedestrian friendly community hub.
